For you, or for someone you look after

A second opinion shouldn’t depend on
who you happen to know.
And it shouldn’t stop at one —
you deserve a doctor who knows your story.

Most people find a doctor through a cousin, a colleague, or whoever was free. EUCARPY is where you find the right one on purpose — and keep them. Your history stays in one place, so the next conversation starts where the last one ended, whether that is a video call, a message, or their own consulting room.

  • Nothing is recorded. No consultation on EUCARPY is filmed.
  • Your record is yours. Take it to any doctor, anywhere.
  • You can see who looked. Every access is logged, for you.

Seeing a doctor on EUCARPY

Four steps. No phone numbers exchanged, nothing recorded.

  1. 1Find someone verifiedTheir degree and council registration have been checked by a person. You can see what was checked, and when.
  2. 2Choose a time that existsYou see the doctor’s real diary, in their clinic’s timezone and in yours. No calling, no waiting to hear back.
  3. 3Speak by video, or go inThe room opens ten minutes before. Neither of you needs the other’s phone number.
  4. 4Keep everythingYour notes, prescription and reports land in your own account and stay there.

Your story is yours

Most health apps decide who sees your record. This one asks you.

You choose, each timeA new doctor starts with what you give them for that conversation — not your whole history.
You can take it backWithdraw access whenever you like. What a doctor already wrote stays in their own records, as the law requires of them.
You can see the logEvery time your record is opened, it is written down where you can read it.

If you are looking after someone else

A great deal of care is arranged by somebody other than the patient — a daughter in another city, a son who takes the phone calls, a wife who remembers the medicines. EUCARPY is built for that, rather than pretending it does not happen.

They ask, you agreeNobody can reach your record by claiming to be family. Access is invited by you and can be ended by you, at any moment, without asking anyone.
How much, is your choiceBooking appointments is not the same as reading everything. You decide which of those they may do, and you can change it later.
Their name is on itAnything a caregiver does is recorded as theirs, not yours. The log tells you who opened what, and when.

The same works for a child or a dependant who cannot hold their own account yet, and it can be handed back to them when they can.

Questions people actually ask

What does verified mean on EUCARPY?

A person has checked the doctor’s medical degree and their registration with a state medical council. It is not a self-declaration and it is not automated.

Who can see my medical records?

You decide. Your records stay in your own account, you choose what each doctor is allowed to see, and you can withdraw that access at any time.

Is a EUCARPY prescription valid at any pharmacy?

Yes. It carries the practitioner’s name and registration number. EUCARPY does not sell medicine and is not paid by any pharmacy.

What does it cost?

The doctor sets their own fee, and you see it before you book. Nothing is charged without you agreeing to it first.

Is this an emergency service?

No. EUCARPY cannot help in an emergency and cannot send anyone to you. If someone is severely unwell, go to the nearest hospital emergency department.
