Questions employers ask

How do you verify a practitioner?

A person checks the degree and the council registration against the issuing body. It is not a self-declaration, and a profile cannot be published until the check has passed.

What does it cost to post a role?

Posting is free while EUCARPY is early. You will be told before that ever changes, and any role already posted stays posted.

Is the employer account separate from the doctor account?

Completely. Employers register, sign in and work in their own dashboard. A doctor never sees your pipeline, and you see only the people who chose to apply to you.

Can I hire for Gulf or international roles?

Yes. Visa sponsorship, relocation assistance and the location are fields on the job form, so a doctor reading the post knows what is on offer before applying.

Can I hire nurses and allied professionals?

Do you handle contracts?

Locum engagements carry a contract generated at the point of agreement, held by both sides. It is a template and not a substitute for your own legal advice.
