01 · How it works

The roster is typed once. The board, the sheets and the team viewer are never typed at all.

Every department already has a duty roster — a grid of names and days, filled with the shorthand that department uses: 1 for first on-call, 2 for second, 3 or C for the consultant, OT, OP, N, O. DutyConnect reads that grid exactly as it is written. A code engine maps each department's own spellings to a duty slot, so nobody has to learn a new vocabulary.

Vocabulary

Your codes, your spellings

"1", "1ST", "FOC" can all mean first on-call. The code engine is typo-tolerant and each department keeps its own shorthand.

The number a ward phone can dial, shown next to every name. Missing extensions are flagged so they get fixed.

Today's board can be corrected without rewriting the month. Every change is written to an append-only audit trail.

The department's roster is private to the department.EUCARPY never sells it, mines it, or shows it to anyone the department has not invited.

No patient data. Ever.DutyConnect holds doctors' names, roles and extensions — nothing about any patient. That is a design rule, not a setting.

Availability is the doctor's own, opt-in, and off by default.Nothing about when a doctor is off duty leaves their own view unless they choose to share it.

Every change is audited and every save is confirmed.A roster is published in one database transaction, with a version check, so a stale tab can never overwrite a day's work.
